The app doesn't help much, but things change if you contact them by phone, they helped me correct my name and check in. They saved me time and money. At the airport everything is super simple.

After reading all the reviews I was in two minds whether to get American at all.
But I was pleasantly surprised that the flight was on time. The crew was nice and polite. I loved them. Check-in was smooth and boarding was based on groups so it was comfortable."
